Luis is a true pro. Prompt, patient and friendly. He took care of the issue and then worked with me to get the right part from a local shop so he could complete the repair. Luis was Very Personable, Polite, Courteous and On Time. He Explained what he was doing and What he was not doing and why. He showed me the old parts and belts. His time estimate was almost exact within a few min. He personally took the car for a drive before having me sign the receipt.
