My truck is like my child and I don't trust anyone really to be left alone with it whether it's under the hood or driving down the road, but with Joe's perfectionism and knowledge and patience with me as a customer that I would trust to handle anything to do with my 4runner without hesitation. He is very respectful, considerate, and very clean as a mechanic. Above all, Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. Alex installed a new battery, checked for potential sources of parasitic battery drain, performed an overall inspection and gave me his advice on any potential safety/maintenance hazards from his inspection. I would be more than happy to have Alex work on my car again. He is also very understanding and compliant with Covid19 related safety precautions.
