Attila is poised. He replaced my Transmission Fluid by first going under the car to drain the old black icky Fluid. Then he unscrewed the pan to replace the gasket. Lastly he put everything back together and installed the new fluid and had me drive around the block. I enjoy his friendly conversational demeanor and his overall intellect. He did this while working in tough weather conditions such as heavy winds with leaves.
