Ralph was great honest and timely. However my experience with Wrench on-line and with customer service was very poorly handled and the communication and website was not a good experience. I made it clear on-line and in speaking with customer reps that I had the parts and diagnostic completed. Raph said I would be charged $29.50 for the mix-up and change of appointments and then be charged $189 for the install. But it appears I have charged $125 plus the $189.
