SHA came out to diagnose my 97 BMW 328i for an appointment taking place at 10am involving shaking at start up and over-heating issues. He called 45 min in advance to let me know he was on his way! I appreciated that for a heads up is always a good way to communicate, not to mention, he was on time!!! Once he arrived he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous toward the questions I had in regards to potential problems beneath my hood! As a woman, I respected his patience and willingness to share his knowledge while showing me specifics under my hood!
