Underwhelmed with "Your Mechanic". I liked Arturo a lot. But to be honest I have no idea what I got for $90 - except another follow-up appointment to change my spark plugs for another $150 which doesn't even fix the problem that I scheduled the appointment for. In the meantime I went to autozone and got the plugs myself for a fraction of the price. I don't blame Arturo - but the "Your Mechanic" process itself which if I followed along would almost certainly charge me for successive diagnostic appointments which MAY OR MAY NOT find my issue - but spread over weeks. It said there would be a 50 point inspection - but i have no report for my money and had to ask to test the battery. I would not use this service every again.
