My experience with Duane was AMAZING. He arrived early to our appointment, was very professional and was very knowledgeable as I do not know much about cars. He was funny as my breaks were screeching so bad that it got to the point where I was embarrased to drive. He explained to me what he was going to do, how and why. He answered all my questions fully and then emphasized his loyalty to providing great customer service.
