Jay is awesome! He was like having my dad come check out my used car before I purchased it, only better (because my dad doesn't know anything about cars). The car dealership protested at first, saying the car doesn't need to be checked out. Jay nicely but persistently insisted that he was going to give the car a thorough checkout, and he did.
