Timothy was very friendly, personable. We shared stories of our teenage "hot-rods" and he quickly changed the serpentine belt. He also confirmed what I thought on the next fix, which will be my Altima's AC clutch (sounds like the bearings are going out). I'll be glad to use Your Mechanic again. So far so good. Unfortunately it won't be Timothy (said he doesn't work on AC's), but I'm pleased with the market price for the belt replacement that I was given and the friendly, quick service! 5 stars for Timothy!
