Outstanding service, knowledge, and professional attention. Would highly recommend Jacob. Knows his stuff and does what's right. Not just fixing and plugging problems but presents a complete solution.

Although not at the expected time arrival, Jacob immediately got to work and he was honest about the conditions of my car's suspension. After the replacement of the ball joints I felt a great difference and I knew he'd done a great job. He even went above and beyond to help my work out a smaller issue I was having with my car but all in all he was trustworthy and I would recommend him.

Jacob called a hour before my scheduled apt time to let me know he was running a little late and to verify this was ok with me. I really appreciated the call and he arrived exactly when he said he would and took care of my car issues quickly. Thanks for everything Jacob! I will definitely use this mechanic again.

Jacob did a great job and communicated very well. The only area of improvement could be with his schedule. He was over booked but made every work out for the both of us. I estimate Jacob was given was not correct, "Your Mechanic" made it right with me and paid Jacob correctly. Good experience, I will use Jacob again!
