Luis was great! This was the first time I had used YourMechanic, and it was such a great first experience. He had great communication on expected arrival, how long the car would take and explained what the issue was. I was skeptical thinking the work could be done so quickly, but Luis completed the worked, checked it in front of me and even showed me where the problem existed with the parts.
