Crystal made sure I had a favorable impression from my first experience with YourMechanic. Kept in communication regarding her arrival. Quickly diagnosed car problem and was sure to let me know the problem isn't as bad as what I booked. Went well above and beyond in making sure I had the correct problem fixed.
