After going to a traditional car repair shop and getting a ridiculously high quote and terrible service, I decided not to give them my business and booked with your mechanic. Mark was so thorough, and spent hours and hours making sure everything was just right. It was clear he had pride in his work and even told me of services I didn’t need and took pictures to show me and explain why. He was fantastic and he made it so convenient and affordable for me. My experience with Ostus was great! He was on time on both occasions that he came to my home. He was personable and professional, and he was very apologetic when he did not have the correct part for the car on his first visit. On the second visit, he had the correct part and installed the fuel pump in less than 30 minutes.
