It was well done job, In order to change the wheel bearing you need to have the right tools and I believe to remove the bearing which is not an easy task, maybe you should provide better tools especially for cars that they are over 10 years old.

Alex is a really nice guy and I would have rated him higher. However, a couple of things out of his control caused me to rate him slightly lower. First, I indicated on the YourMechanic website that I'd supply my own parts. But, somehow, the supplier ended-up giving all the parts to Alex anyway, and he had to return them prior to working on my vehicle. That caused him to show-up about five hours late four our appointment. Second, he was unable to complete all the work because one of the nuts/bolts holding a piece in place had seized and he was unable to replace the part, as a result. He told me that I'd need to take the vehicle to a shop so that they could use a larger impact wrench to in-seize the bolt/nut. Beyond that, Alex does good work.
