Jose was early, had everything he needed to do the job right, was polite and professional. He completed the replacement my EGR valve quickly and it works great. The part was difficult to remove in my truck, but Jose had no problem. I am very impressed with him and with the entire system that provided an accurate estimate, a timely repair, and great follow-up with a complete inspection report.
