My father always said to surround yourself with solid, trustworthy people. Graham is a great example of what he meant. On time, professional, highly skilled and trustworthy. He didn't withhold his knowledge of automobile mechanics but rather provided a concise review of our automobile. Mind you, I've been doing my own mechanical repairs for forty plus years and Graham educated me not just on the current state of our vehicle but on what likely what will happen in the future at p articular mileage milestones, what to look for and how to address those when the time comes. He provided sensible next steps for repairs as well as sharing his expertise with regard to what repair combinations make the most sense to complete simultaneously and which ones do not. He effectively road mapped based upon severity, mechanical risk and safety all of those repairs. Graham also politely disagreed with our local dealership on their list of necessary repairs AND provided proof and explanation to back that up! I highly recommend Graham to anyone who is frustrated and simply tired of feeling, or dealing with, unscrupulous dealership service departments and independent automobile repair shops.
