Jermaine showed up on time, was friendly and outgoing and got started right away. Basically had some brakes work, including the replacement of pads in both the front and rear plus bleeding the brakes and adding new brake fluid. What I really appreciate about this experience is the vehicle health report which included pictures of my vehicle and the old brake pads that had been removed. Saw all the new parts were obtained from CarQuest, whom I like. After two other mechanics canceled their appointments to do this same job, I didn't know what to expect today. However my experience with Jermaine reassured me this is a great way to do business and I appreciate him being able to come out and get this job completed where I live.

Good service but cut the car on and rpm gauge wasn’t working. Seem like a new issue that if the car was driving prior to completing the repair I wouldn’t have to call back to find our what’s wrong but as far as what I paid for he did a excellent job. Made the process very easy.
