Jermaine was very friendly, efficient and professional. He kindly explained to me those things that did not score well in the service report, so that it didn't come as a surprise, and I would know what to do about it.

Damian did a super job finding the problem and fixing it so that the car runs well. He was on time, courteous and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, did an inspection to find a couple of additional issues that we might want to take care of in the future (but exerted no pressure that he be the one to do the additional work) and gave us some tips about how to pursue these further repairs cost-effectively with our usual service station. He was knowledgeable and his price was very fair.
