Clarissa was amazing. She was on time, even a bit early, had me explain in my own words what was wrong and got right to work. Afterwards, she explained what she had done and what I needed to do for safe driving. Even let me know that I needed to watch my coolant level. Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic. Junard communicated well, did an amazing job and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, answered all my questions and made recommendations.
