Mr. Lee showed up ready to get the job done. He asked questions and dug for information that may help him. He ran a full scale diagnostic on the car and found that the service I thought it had to have was not the issue. He was honest with me instead of just trying to make a buck. The most important thing to me was he did not attempt to treat me like a stupid female and take advantage of the situation. I was treated with much respect!
