Jay provided a hands-on inspection of a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing in Chicago (We live in Detroit). He conducted a thorough examination of all of the systems, accessories, and mechanical aspects, providing a detailed report with photos. I also had the option of having him perform maintenance on the vehicle on-site the next day, including an oil change. I'll definitely be calling him if our daughter's car needs repairs, as she lives in Chicago.
