Joel was really great in helping us figure out what was wrong with our kia soul. He took his time and made sure to check all the possibilities of what could be wrong. Since the problem wasn't what I initially scheduled the service for. Thought my cv axle was going bad but turns out it was in good condition. He even checked ours breaks while he was looking at it too. He figured out eventually that we were low on oil and that could be our whole problem. So we put some oil in the car and so far it hasn't been making the horrible grinding noise it was making when we made left turns. But if the sound does come back even with the oil he told us we'd have to go to a shop for some transmission work. So far everything is okay and hopefully we won't need transmission work. I'm glad he took the time to check everything. Cause we would not have known we were so low on oil.

Keep needing new headlight bulbs, why is this happening?

Hello, replacing bulbs frequently can be bothersome. A couple of reasons come to mind. If you are using the cheapest bulbs possible, the cheap filaments may just be failing. Trying a good quality bulb may be a good start. You...
Air Conditioning is not doing very much at all
Answered by Michael
Hello! While not having A/C can be uncomfortable, the problem is repairable. If the system is out of refrigerant, there is a leak present. With any luck, the last technician that replaced your compressor added A/C dye to the system...
Exhaust fumes leaking into the car
Answered by Tom
This concern could be caused by a cracked exhaust manifold. Is the Check Engine light on? If so, a certified, local mechanic, like one with YourMechanic, could diagnose the problem (https://www.yourmechanic.com/book/?mktg_jid=321) with a scan tool. Due to the poisonous nature...
