I can put positive imput about Andrew but was not on location, but the communication from Andrew was timely and informative and judging by what the dealer had to say he seems to be very thorough.

I would just like to say Keith is a top-notch professional. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30a. Unfortunately it's been raining throughout the night and is continuing at this moment. I figured the appt would have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Keith called me and said he would be to my home at the appointed time. I called him back and we both agreed because of the inclement weather, it would be best to come later. When Keith showed up, my car wouldn't start. He tried repeatedly to get it started. Upon further inspection he realized I needed a starter. He quickly gave me a quote for the starter. He let me know before he can go any further with his inspection the starter needs to be put in. Keith was very detailed in his explanations. When time comes to fix the starter Keith will be the mechanic I call. Thanks Keith.

Q: Car will not crank.
Answered by Kevin
Inasmuch as your engine is an "interference engine" (i.e., no clearance for pistons and valves if the timing belt were to break), the first possibility that should be considered (before attempting to start the engine) is a break in the...
Q: Hi thanks for this chance. Based on auto indicator I took my car for service. I had to pay $586
Answered by Andrew

Q: Engine System Service warning
Answered by Jerel
Hi. The vehicle has experienced a situation where a fault has been detected. There will be a message or code stored in the system describing the malfunction. Have an experienced technician retrieve the message from the vehicle (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/service-light-is-on-inspection) and take...
Q: Replaced alternator new, replaced fuel pump new, filter new, relay and regulator and it still will not start? Why?
Answered by John
If the car starts when you use a starting fluid as you say, then it's clear your engine is not getting fuel. Fuel pressure is of course important, and is easy to test with the right equipment. I Know you...

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Kevin showed up ready to do his job and did just that. He showed me a couple important things on my vehicle I had overlooked and was nothing less than incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I would, without hesitation recommend him to anyone I know and would gladly use him again.

Stephen was very professional and spoke to me in terms that I understood. Although the news about the car was not great, he explained the why's and what it would take to fix it. I will call on him again. Many thanks!

Whitney was obvious exsperienced and knowlegeable of the problem. His actions was that of a true profesional
