Q: Tiltd front rim on driver side after accident

I was in a car accident and the other car hit my driver side tire and it's leaning in word my insurance did not help me for nothing . I don't know how this works and the mechanic I'm with is charging me 2,715 just to have my car running back the way it was
My car has an automatic transmission.
