my 2001 79 series land cruiser 4x4 is stuck in low range & I'd like to get it out pls

My car has 150000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

Hi there, your 4WD problem is likely caused by bad linkage to the transfer case, or a bad transfer case shift actuator. Unfortunately, this is not a repair YourMechanic is able to offer at this time. Check with a local 4WD or Toyota service center for this repair. Thanks for thinking of us!
