My car is leaking oil under the car and has a slight knocking while the engine is running. The Engine light is also on.

If your car has been leaking oil for an extended period and you hear knocking, it’s possible that an engine bearing has either spun, or is about to spin in its bore. After fixing the oil leak, I would recommend having a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, remove the oil pan and inspect your connecting rod bearings.
