Q: My car attempts to start but it wont. The batter, engine, and oil light comes on and I just got a new radiator

Hello I just got a new radiator and everything was running fine. Now my car has stopped it attempts to come on but now the oil,engine and battery light is coming on and it won't start completely

My car has 178244 miles.
