After I have been driving for a while on the highway like 30 minutes and usually when driving over mountain passes, my car will hesitate and jerk after i decelerate and then accelerate. It is very quick and the car keeps running. This will also happen when i am in cruise control at 50-70 mph. I just changed my TPS sensor and it seemed to fix the problem. this doesnt happen at all around town. Only on long trips and after i have been driving a while. Maybe fuel pump?

My car has 209000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
