Q: How do you unlock the doors with the remote?

While your Intelligent Key will remotely unlock the doors when you get close enough, you can also use the fob as a remote keyless entry system from a greater distance away. To unlock the doors, just follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re no farther than 33 feet from the car.

2. Press the unlock button once. This unlocks the driver’s door.

3. Press the unlock button twice in quick succession to unlock all the doors.

Tip

Open a door within a minute of unlocking them to prevent them from automatically locking again.
