You can change the shift range to avoid upshifting when it isn’t necessary.

  1. Put the gear shifter in the D position and select the range you want by shifting either the upshift or downshift paddle.

  2. Press the + paddle shift switch for a longer period of time to return to the normal position in D.

  • Implement a greater braking force with a lower shift range.
