Q: How do I fix the issues related to code P0445 (Failed Emissions Test)?

I have failed my emmissions test. My code is P0455. I have replaced my gas cap and fuel tank vent valve. When I pump gas, it will click on and off like the tank is full, when it's not. What do I need repaired?

My car has 105000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission. 2004 Pontiac Sunfire.
