Q: Gear problems

Just had clutch fly wheel and cylinder done but i have just lost 2nd and 4rd it wont engage but 1st 3rd 5th and 6th works its a peugeot 3008 1.6 diesel

My car has 88000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
