I am an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic with emphasis on diagnostics for all engine, electrical, transmission, brakes and suspension systems. I am certified by Toyota (I have four certificates: Engine performance, Transmission, Brakes & Suspension, and Electrical). I had my own auto repair shop for 16 years in Daly City. I closed the shop in 2010 and now I do mobile car repair only. I work on all different makes and models, including all European cars. Only situation you run into is when you have major problem with electrical like my car. We were very impressed with the quality of his work. Jerome was extremely careful about doing spark plug installation the correct way. He used Anti seize on the plugs and used the silicone grease on the extensions. Jerome started the car up and listened for 5 minutes to make sure everything was all right. Needless to say, we are very happy about his work and are very happy with your company.
