I needed a mobile mechanic because my car could not be towed without causing extensive damage to it and the driveway. Ivan showed up ahead of schedule which was great and proceeded to accurately diagnose the problem and promptly fix it. It was obvious to me that his years of experience and knowledge as a mechanic was key in getting the job done when I couldn't. Before he left, he did a multi-point inspection (fluids and air) which I appreciated. He did all this plus the repair when the appointment was only for a diagnosis. I have never used a mobile mechanic before, but I will certainly request Ivan if I ever have the need for one again.
