Showed up on time and made the entire process very easy. Took care of the inspection as requested and even he fixed trunk latch until it is replaced with new latch. Additionally, he provided pictures of all work completed which I really appreciated. Took time to explain details the issues and where to go to fix them. Highly recommend! I would request him to personally service my car. Best/easiest mechanic experience I have ever had
