Joseph did a really good job explaining to me what needed to be done and the amount of labor involved. Unfortunately the work was beyond what could be done at my home, but gained a lot of knowledge in the process. I will be using him again for other issues I have with my car. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. The dealership quoted me $1200 to replace the throttle body. I found the part for $320 and Alex charged me $98. Alex arrived on time and completed the install under an hour. He suggested other services that my car might need but was not pushy. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend Alex as my technician.

I've had difficulty in writing this review. Angelo was great. Your Mechanic as a company was not. Ultimately, parts were missing from the quote, things were forgotten, I was mischarged, prices went up, and a variety of issues that required email after email and phone call after phone call to resolve and I ultimately paid more than I was quoted initially. That said, Angelo was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. The job required maybe 5 times as much time as was quoted (partly due things not having been written up correctly by the quote department so he didn't have everything he needed) and he hung in there until things were complete, staying into the evening. He was also kind enough to look at another car and make recommendations there. Your Mechanic is so very close to being this amazing service that will mean I never go back to another garage. With the recent across the board price increases that a rep told me they made, I'll have to be vigilant in getting multiple quotes. But if they stay mostly below garage prices and add in the massive convenience of a mechanic coming to you, I think they have a real winning formula. They just need to iron out the kinks. I'll likely try them again, but if it takes a half dozen emails and multiple phone calls again, I doubt I'll give them a third try.
