Joseph was prompt, and on time. He let me know that he was on his way to my residence, and how much time it would take him to get here. When he arrived he went over the repair information, and reassured me that he would get the job done. He was pleasant to talk to, and we even shared some laughs. It was like talking to a friend. He did a great solid job on the repairs, and even pointed out other possible issues with my car, because of the high mileage. Very nice man. He was early showing up, and was very respectful. He said some things I didn’t understand but I don’t really know about cars. I’m glad he does.
