Marco was an excellent mechanic. He was very friendly and personable. He was very honest and could have sold me more services but found that we had left on a light and just charged up the battery. Marco took his time and did not rush off. He fully charged the batter for 20 minutes and waited 10 more minutes to see that the charge stayed in the battery. Jamie is a master at his craft he was able to diagnose the problem and locate the leak. I thought I needed a radiator hose but was actually another hose. Although Alex was about 1.5hrs late apparently due to a mix up, he was very cordial and professional. We were told by our AAA technician that we needed to replace the alternator. However upon inspection, Alex concluded that in fact it was the battery that was faulty rather than the alternator. We really appreciated his honesty and saved us some money. I will certainly recommend to friends and family.
