Alex was prompt, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. This is the first time I have used Your Mechanic and I was pleasantly surprised. Based on this experience I will use them again and recommend them to me friends. If all their mechanics are like Alex YourMechanic should do well.

Alejandro immediately diagnosed and identified the issues and made the recommendations needed to get my truck whole again. He was always on time kept the lines of communications open and is very familiar with the engine in my truck. I trust that he will be able to get my truck running in good shape soon. Alejandro is the man! I was initially dreading my appointment as there was a one-hour window, but Alejandro actually arrived prior to our scheduled time--that totally worked out for me. He was also friendly and very thorough.

Alejandro came to my site a tad earlier. He showed nice and friendly personality, very professional, humble, and soft spoken, yet packed with skills and knowledge I could feel he really knows what he is doing. He exhibited himself as a good listener as we exchanged conversations, opinions, mechanical problem suspects and diagnostics of my car's trouble. As soon as he gets all the information I needed to say, he explained how close my intuition was to the real problem professional automotive mechanics would normally end up finding. As soon as I handed to him the replacement parts I bought myself, he started right on and finished the repair/parts replacements in less than an hour. After work was done, he wrapped things up with additional check up and diagnosis with no extra charge. This will allow me time to save up for the next repair/part replacement of my engine mount/s that already started to wear down bad. My final verdict came down when I drove my car home from work. The rubbing noise and vibration I felt and hear before from the rear of my car were gone, as I was zipping through the freeway with my newly replaced OEM pair of rear wheel bearing and hub assemblies. Alejandro is extremeley bright and professional. He is very familiar with Chevy engines and diagnoses issues immedialety. He is always prepared with solutions and recommendations, extremely freindly and easy to communicate with.
