Marco was an excellent mechanic. He was very friendly and personable. He was very honest and could have sold me more services but found that we had left on a light and just charged up the battery. Marco took his time and did not rush off. He fully charged the batter for 20 minutes and waited 10 more minutes to see that the charge stayed in the battery. I enjoyed his conversation and he was patient with my wife and I.

He took the time to explain what parts failed and alerted me to other mechanical issues. He showed me the malfunctioning parts. His professional experience, and knowledge of cars, put my mind to rest that the El Dorado can be repaired. I will be requesting that Galvani be the gentleman to repair the Cadillac.
