Have had my cars services by Infiniti dealerships for over 10 years. This is the first time I have used another option. Rocco not only arrived on time. He came in about an hour early. Talk about punctuality. I appreciate his calling in to notify of his early arrival. He went on to fix/replace the hub right away and went on with his work after a little explaining of what his work entails. I appreciate the promptness and his being transparent all throughout.
