Being a big time worry wart i already was thinking the worst of what could be wrong with my car as well as whether or not the mechanic will be as good as the reviews stated. But from the moment Augie came to the door with his big smile and warming presence i already felt at ease. Not only did he come earlier than the appointment time it didn't take him long to get to the problem of what was wrong with my car.
