Very impressed, Richard arrived 5 minutes before the booked time and quickly identified the issue. Turns out it wasn't the battery, and as it didn't need it, did not replace the battery. He took the time to look over the engine and clean a few parts which helped a lot. Recommended what the issue might be, and what to look for in the future. Would absolutely use him again and recommend to everyone I know.
