Mr Ward was actually earlier than our scheduled time. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Explained what he did and what else I need to do in the future. My car is driving fine as this is a few days later. Couldnt be happier as like most, I read reviews and a little skeptical. Will definitely use Mr Ward in the future!
