Carlos was very professional, helpful and friendly! He took his time to evaluate my 1996 Toyota Corolla, to come up with the best solution for me. It turns out my alternator wasn't the problem it was my engine that needed replacing. Not knowing much about how an engine runs/worked, Carlos was kind enough to show me on his phone how it worked and what had caused my engine failure. He suggested many useful options for me after we figure out what was wrong with my car. That is what I call a great Mechanic! He was honestly and genuine and only charged me for an engine inspection instead of replacing my alternator which would have been $186. Thank you for your great service, Carlos!
