I write this comment particularly to those thinking about using YourMechanic for the first time and have worries and fears about using an online mechanic. I cannot speak for all of the YourMechanic mechanics given this was my first and only time using YourMechanic or any online mechanic service. I had the same fears and worries you're having. All I can comment about is my own experience this one time and that experience was extremely good. Casime was on time and very knowledgeable and experienced with my vehicle. He diagnosed the problem with my car very quickly because his experience with my type of vehicle told him where to look first because he was so familiar with the symptoms I was experiencing. I would absolutely use Casime again.
