He charged the battery and checked the electrical system and did a 50 point review of other maintenance issues. TJ kept me informed of all of his findings. Exceeded all expectations. Very impressed with the quality of the technician; extensive knowledge and service standard high level certifications achieved. I felt a little guilty that all I had for him to do was an oil/filter change. Despite the rather simple job (relatively speaking), he handled my vehicle and my property with a great deal of respect. Roland took plenty of time to explain to me the findings of his inspection of my vehicle. Unlike so many instances having my car serviced at the dealer (where they invariably assert the urgent need for expensive maintenance parts and service), Roland's advice was offered in such a way that I did not get the usual nagging suspicion that I was being taken for a ride (so to speak). I am EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of my initial encounter with the business and their technician. I will most certainly be in contact with this service again.
