Explained all the work that was needed and then explained and showed all the work that was done. Showed all the parts he removed and all of the parts he replaced. Transparent. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problems the vehicle was having and then made any and all the necessary repairs requested in a very efficient manner.
