We were very blessed to have Clarissa as our mechanic. She was everything that I would have hoped for in a professional that would service our vehicle. She was early, kind, and knew her stuff! She answered all of my questions and was never bothered with the interruptions of our family. Clarissa was great with our kiddos. She also went the extra (two!) miles when things out of her control took longer than expected, all with a great attitude. We hope to see her again, even outside of fixing our cars! Clarissa was honest, knowledgeable and hard working. She even came in early which worked out. My steering wheel is so much smoother now and my battery light no longer comes on since the alternator was replaced. Nice Man, knew what he was doing and had my car fixed in no time. Only con was super late, but he wasn't local and they had him driving all over the place, and the first job before me took way longer than planned because he said the car was all rusted... I'd recommend him to every one.
