Sergey arrived on time ready to go. Due to an error on my part, where I had incorrectly made the assertion the issue was coming from the driver's side axle and not the passenger side, Sergey had inadvertently brought the wrong part simply because I had gave him the wrong information. After doing a test run in the car, we determined it was indeed the passenger side causing the issue, and he drove back to O'Reilly to exchange the part.
Once the repair was started, he was in and out within an hour, and made it look effortless. He also did not mind me watching the process just so I could gain a little bit more knowledge, and I helped out where I could.
Also, YM requests you do not tip the mechanic but I did anyway as he drove all the way back out to replace the part, and moved up the appointment time so my charges would be less.
Overall, this was a great experience and for future repairs I would absolutely book Sergey again.
